Tiramisu Protein Oats - Healthy Dessert for Breakfast!

Instant/Quick Oats (30 grams)

Rice Chex or Rice Krispies Cereal (10 grams)

Vanilla Protein Powder (I used Plant-Based, 30 grams)

Unsweetened Almond Milk (120 milliliters)

Brewed Coffee (60 milliliters)

Sweetener

1½ Tbsp Reduced Fat Cream Cheese (or Dairy Free, 21 grams)

1½ Tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk (21 milliliters)

½ Tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder (3 grams)

Whisk oats, cereal, protein powder, milk and coffee in a microwave-safe bowl or mug.Taste and add sweetener if needed.

Microwave 1½-2 minutes until top is mostly cooked (only the center will be soft).Let cool slightly.

In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, milk and protein powder until smooth.Add sweetener if needed.

Pour cream cheese mix on top of oats.

Sprinkle cocoa powder on top and enjoy!
