Easy Berry Smoothie

vanilla yogurt

berries

chia seeds

milk

Add yogurt, berries, chia seeds and milk to blender.&nbsp;

Blend until smooth.

Serve immediately.

Quick to make and naturally sweet, this thick and creamy berry smoothie is incredibly refreshing and extremely satisfying. The best berry smoothie ever!

Healthy Berry Smoothie

banana

tbsp chia seeds ((optional))

tbsp flax seeds ((optional))

oat milk ((or any other liquid of your choice))

Peel the banana and cut it into chunks.

Place all the ingredients in a blender.

Blend the ingredients in a high-speed blender for 1-2 minutes until you get a smooth and creamy texture.

Taste the smoothie, adding more oat milk if it is too thick for your liking.

Pour into a glass, bottle or mason jar.

Enjoy!

This easy mixed berry smoothie recipe is fast, healthy and delicious!

Mixed Berry Smoothie

apple juice

banana (sliced)

mixed berries

vanilla Greek yogurt

honey (optional)

Optional garnish: fresh berries and mint sprigs

Place the apple juice, banana, berries and yogurt in a blender; blend until smooth. If the smoothie seems too thick, add a little more liquid (1/4 cup).&nbsp;

Taste and add honey if desired. Pour into two glasses and garnish with fresh berries and mint sprigs if desired.

A great smoothie recipe for kids and adults alike, this mixed berry smoothie tastes delicious and can be whipped up in a flash. And you won&#x27;t need a banana!

How to Make Smoothies Without Bananas (8 Recipes!)

This Mixed Berry Smoothie is cooling and refreshing. Creamy, thick, and absolutely delicious. Packed with fruity freshness and wonderful flavors. It&#039;s also very nutritious and has no added sugars. Great breakfast option or afternoon energizing drink.

almond milk

almond butter

flaxseeds

Ceylon cinnamon

Sweetener (optional): (honey,

Add all ingredients in the blender. Note: add wet ingredients first for easier blending. Also, add in ice cubes, if using.

Mix everything at high speed until you get a smooth silky texture.

If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more liquid – milk or water. Blend again until everything is well combined.

Taste the smoothie and add additional sweetener if the smoothie is not sweet enough to your taste. (See "Recipe tips" section for sweetener recommendation)

Transfer the smoothie into a smoothie glass.

ADD TOPPINGS: I used whipped coconut cream and cacao nibs. Be creative here and add toppings you like.

Serve and enjoy!
