In a high ball glass, add the mint leaves. Pour the simple syrup and lime juice over them and muddle to combine.

Add rum, fill the glass with ice, and stir to combine.

Top with club soda and enjoy!

THIS was SOOOOO GOOD and TASTY!!!! I used Bacardi white rum and purchased simple syrup...and followed recipe.  Came out PERFECT!!!! A keeper!
