spinach pesto

mozzarella (shredded)

mushrooms (thinly sliced)

olive oil

grape tomatoes (halved)

goat cheese (crumbled)

salt/pepper (to taste)

basil (optional, for garnish)

Preheat Oven

Top Naan with Pesto

Top each piece of naan bread with the spinach pesto.

Add Mozzarella and Mushrooms

Drizzle Oil

Drizzle the olive oil over the pizzas, focusing on the mushrooms.

Add Tomatoes, Goat Cheese, and Salt/Pepper

Add sliced tomatoes, goat cheese crumbles, and salt/pepper to taste.

Bake

Bake for about 20-25 minutes (or until the mushrooms are fully cooked).

Enjoy

Top with fresh basil (optional), serve, and enjoy!

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare a sheet pan with parchment paper.

Place the naan on the oven grates for 3-4 minutes. Remove to the baking sheet.

Add the pizza sauce on top of the naan bread. Then add toppings of your choice plus the shredded cheese.

Bake for 7-8 more minutes or until done to your liking. Remove and add shredded basil.

Brush naan bread with olive oil and sprinkle some salt on top.

Pre heat air fryer to 350°F for 4 minutes. When hot, place naan bread (oiled side up) into the basket and cook for 2 to 4 minutes or until golden in color. (Make sure to remove before it gets darker in color)

Open air fryer, spread sauce evenly on top, leaving about 1/2-inch border around the edges. Top with cheese and your favorite pizza toppings, if using.

Air Fry at 370°F for 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from air fryer and serve hot garnished with fresh basil, red pepper flakes and parmesan cheese.

I made these from frozen mini Naan breads and they were incredible! I added an extra two minutes to compensate and they came out perfectly: crisp, tasty, and soft inside.
