It's very quick and easy to make and great with any type of grilled or fried meat, sticky rice and fresh vegetables. Thai Chili Dipping Sauce (Nam Jim Jaew) Recipe

shallots

green onion

fish sauce

lime juice

sugar

Thai chili flakes

rice powder

Remove the root of the green onion and finely chop the rest.

Peel the shallots and thinly slice them.

Pour the fish sauce, lime juice, and granulated sugar into a bowl and stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.

Add the chili flakes, toasted rice powder, chopped green onion, and sliced shallots and mix with a spoon. Enjoy the sauce with your main dish!

Sweet and spicy sauce that's good on just about everything. It's so addicting that we simply call it Asian crack sauce.

Asian Crack Sauce

red Thai chili peppers

shallot

garlic clove

cilantro

brown sugar (loosely packed)

Prep the ingredients

Thinly slice the chili peppers. Finely dice the shallots and garlic.

Mix together

Combine fish sauce, lime juice, Thai chili peppers, shallots, garlic, cilantro, and brown sugar in a small bowl. Mix until combined. Serve with steak, seafood, chicken, and many more.

Still eating this every month, as i have been for the last 2 years. Great recipe.
