Il nociato (secondo nocino) è la ricetta per la preparazione del nocino in casa. Filtrate il nocino tenendo da parte i malli delle noci, aggiungerete quindi il vino bianco e lascerete riposare al sole per almeno 30 giorni. In seguito la bevanda sarà pronta per essere degustata.
