The Best Dessert Fruit Salad EVER (frogeye salad). This is a family recipe we have been making for years and it is an absolute HIT. It&#039;s the one dish that never has leftovers.

My Favorite Dessert Fruit Salad (frogeye salad)

acini di pepe macaroni

mandarin oranges (save the juice)

pineapple tidbits (save the juice)

vanilla instant pudding

Cook the pasta and let it cool (YOU MUST LET IT COOL)

Once pasta is cool mix pasta, mandarin oranges, pineapple tidbit, and instant vanilla pudding together.

Add left over pineapple juice and a little mandarin orange juice as well.

Mix in Cool Whip and let set in the fridge.
