A classic fruity smoothie combo that tastes like the tropics and is perfect for the winter months!

Pineapple Orange Banana Smoothie

pineapple chunks (1 pound)

bananas (peeled, fresh or frozen)

orange

yogurt (coconut yogurt

ice cubes (only use if none of your fruit is frozen)

vanilla extract

Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.

If your fruit is at room temperature, you may want to add some ice cubes to your smoothie. Add the ice only after you've blended the fruit, otherwise there's not enough room in the blender.

Idk if I should really be rating this recipe bc I had to modify it. I only had one large banana, about a cupful of frozen pineapple, no OJ so I used two smaller oranges and instead of squeezing them I just took the peels off, separated them and tossed them in. I used about 1/2 cup unflavored yogurt and 1/2+ cup unflavored almond milk, a handful of ice cubes, 1 tbsp of flax/chia mix, a small handful of walnuts, and 2 scoops of collagen protein powder.   I mixed it all in my Ninja blender and ohhhhh... so delightful!  I have tried others recipes and love yours the best!  I try to have one low cal smoothie a day that's quick and easy to make and I think I've lost a few pounds since I started drinking smoothies!  When I made these recipes it was enough for two tall glasses, so I share them with my grandson who loves them too!   Thank you for this and all your delicious recipes!

This smoothie was great! I added another half of an orange and it was *chefs kiss* . It does make enough for 2 smoothies so i was wondering how i could make less of it. Should i just cut the recipe in half?

Tweaked a little bit and lessened most ingredients, minus the yogurt, plus chai seeds, green tea extract, unflavored protein powder, kale, spinach, and Almost/coconut milk. One of the best green smoothies ever.
