Paleo Green Smoothie

curly kale

baby spinach

banana (, fresh or frozen)

strawberries (, fresh or frozen)

tbsp chia seeds

tsp hemp seeds (, optional)

Place everything in a high speed blender in the order listed in the recipe. Blend 1 minute or until creamy smooth. Add more milk or ice cubes for thinner smoothie.
