Parmesan Crusted Potatoes

9-10 medium red potatoes

butter

dry grated Parmesan cheese

garlic powder

salt

pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13" casserole dish with nonstick spray.

Wash potatoes and let them dry. Cut each potato in half.

Place the butter in the casserole dish and put dish in the oven for about 5 minutes to melt the butter.

Remove dish from the oven and sprinkle the melted butter with Parmesan cheese. Shake some salt &amp; pepper and garlic powder overall and stir everything to combine.

Place potatoes in the dish skin side up. Sprinkle tops with a little salt &amp; pepper.

Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes.

These parmesan potatoes have a soft and creamy texture on the inside with a golden parmesan-crusted exterior which adds a satisfying crunch. You can&#039;t go wrong!

Preheat oven to 400 F.

Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.

Slice potatoes in half and place in a large bowl.

Combine parmesan cheese, paprika, onion powder, and garlic salt.

Pour olive oil over potatoes and toss to coat.

Sprinkle parmesan mixture over potatoes and toss to coat completely.

Place potatoes cut side down onto the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 15 minutes. Flip potatoes over. Bake additional ten minutes.

Wash the potatoes well then cut them in half lengthwise. Score the cut sides of the potato using a tic-tac-toe design or something similar. *see picture above. Set potatoes aside.          

In a 9x13 baking dish add melted butter, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, onion &amp; garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Mix together with a fork until cheese and butter start to form a paste. Spread cheese mixture evenly into the bottom of the dish.

Add potatoes to the baking dish cut side down. Gently press each potato into the butter and cheese mixture. Brush a little extra butter on top of each potato (I just use whatever is leftover from the bowl that I melted the butter in). *optional - you can also sprinkle just a little more grated cheese on top.

Bake potatoes in the oven for 30-35 minutes or until the potatoes have a crispy golden brown crust. Enjoy!

The BEST Potatoes you’ll ever make! VIRAL Parmesan Crusted Potatoes!

These delicious parmesan crusted potatoes are made with only four ingredients — potatoes, butter, cheese, and seasoning. It&#039;s the perfect no-fuss side dish!

Parmesan Crusted Potatoes (4 Ingredient)

lb Yukon Gold potatoes (halved)

garlic parsley salt

unsalted butter (melted)

Parmesan cheese (grated)

Clean

Preheat oven to 425°F. Clean potatoes and cut them in half. Score them into a diamond shape.

Season

Season potatoes with garlic parsley salt.

Combine

In a medium bowl, combine melted butter and parmesan cheese, creating a paste-like mixture.

Spread

Spread the parmesan mixture to the cut side of the potatoes. Place potatoes face down on a baking sheet.

Bake

Bake until potatoes are golden and fully baked about 25 minutes.

These garlicky roasted potatoes are tender and fluffy on the inside with a golden-brown, irresistible Parmesan crust.

500 g (~1 lb) potatoes (small sized)

parsley

tsp smoked paprika

sea salt

red pepper

Parmesan cheese (finely grated)

Preheat the oven to 220 °C (430 °F).

Wash and scrub the potatoes well. Don’t peel the skin. Then slice lengthwise and score each half.

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, butter, garlic powder, dried parsley, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, sea salt and crushed red pepper.

Transfer the potatoes to a large bowl and pour the garlic butter marinade on top. Toss well till each potato is fully coated.

Take the baking tray and lay down a sheet of parchment paper. Sprinkle grated Parmesan generously.

Press the bottom side of each potato in the remaining Parmesan cheese and lay it down, skin side up, on the baking tray. Repeat for all the potatoes. Make sure you don’t overcrowd the baking pan. Brush with some leftover garlic butter.

Bake in the middle rack at 220 °C (430 °F) for 25-30 minutes. Baking time can vary depending on the size of the potatoes so do keep an eye. Cook till the potatoes are soft inside and the cheese has formed a crust.

Remove the tray from the oven and let rest for 4-5 mins. Then turn over all the potatoes, sprinkle with fresh parsley or chives, some more sea salt if you wish and enjoy!
