This is my remake of a recipe that I got from my grandmother. Hers called for more oil, packaged ranch dressing seasoning, lemon pepper, and a boatload of cayenne! I&#x27;ve dialed back the oil, created seasonings to mimic the packaged ranch dressing, and cut back on the cayenne so that the kids can enjoy these, too!

Zesty Party Pretzels

pretzels (I make these with gluten-free pretzels!)

oil (I use avocado oil.)

buttermilk powder (see notes)

parsley

dill

garlic

onion

salt

black pepper

paprika

cayenne

Empty the pretzels into a large bowl.

Measure the buttermilk powder and all of the spices into a small bowl. Pour the oil in and mix together thoroughly.

Pour over the pretzels, then using a large spoon or spatula, toss them to coat evenly. Set aside and stir every 10 minutes for 30 minutes just to ensure even coating.

Store in a large glass jar or canister. Or package for gift giving.
