This passion fruit smoothie uses just four ingredients and will transport you to a tropical island from the comfort of your home. With complimentary flavors of mango, orange, and pineapple, this recipe is an easy and refreshing sip that you will want over and over again.

Passion Fruit Smoothie

passion fruit puree (fresh or frozen, 200 g)

mango (fresh or frozen, 200 g)

pineapple (fresh or frozen, 200 g)

orange juice (236 mL)

Blend: Blitz all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Sip on sunshine with this easy-to-make Passion Fruit Smoothie. Serve it as a refreshing snack or add protein powder to serve it as a meal!

mango

pineapple

passion fruit puree (or the pulp from 2 passion fruits)

plain protein powder

Add everything to a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth. Add more coconut water if needed to reach desired consistency. I recommend always adding liquids into the blender first. It helps everything blend easier.

Serve immediately in a tall glass or in a bowl topped with berries, nuts, seeds, or yogurt.
