peach fluff

Simple, sweet, and so easy! Folks love this pretty treat.

Peach Dessert

cream cheese, (room temperature)

(125 g) confectioners' sugar

topping*

(3 ounces) orange jello

(15 ounces each) peaches, (chopped and drained)

(100 g) mini marshmallows

(109 g) pecans, (chopped)

Beat cream cheese and confectioners&#39; sugar.

In a large bowl beat the cream cheese and confectioners&#39; sugar together until smooth and fluffy.

Fold in whipped topping, jello mix, peaches, and marshmallows.

Fold in whipped topping, dry jello mix, chopped peaches, and mini marshmallows.

Stir. Refrigerate to chill.

Stir well and then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Add chopped pecans.

It’s really good with ripe mangoes, especially the Hayden variety grown in the back yard.

I’m having my book club summer party at my house tonight and I just made this peach salad.  I used a combination of canned and fresh peaches.  Oh my gosh!!  It’s delicious!  I’m so sorry excited to serve this!!❤️

oz canned sliced peaches, drained and chopped

3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix

milk

oz topping,

mini marshmallows

coconut,

pecans,

tsp vanilla extract

tbsp sugar,

Step 1

Drain the canned peaches thoroughly and chop them into bite-sized pieces.

Step 2

Whisk the instant vanilla pudding mix with the cold milk for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth and slightly thickened.

Step 3

Stir in the vanilla extract and powdered sugar if using.

Step 4

Gently fold the thawed whipped topping into the pudding mixture until light and evenly combined.

Step 5

Fold the drained chopped peaches gently into the creamy mixture.

Step 6

Fold in the mini marshmallows and add the shredded coconut and chopped pecans if desired.

Step 7

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours so the mixture can thicken and the marshmallows can soften slightly.

Step 8

Give the chilled fluff a gentle stir before serving.

Step 9

Garnish with peach slices, whipped topping, chopped pecans, or shredded coconut if desired.

Step 10

Serve chilled and return leftovers promptly to the refrigerator.
