This refreshing peach smoothie made with just 5 simple wholesome ingredients! Get a quick boost of vitamins and fiber in each sip!

Peach Smoothie

yellow peaches (medium-sized, pitted and quartered)

ginger

orange (peeled)

orange zest (from one orange)

flaxseed

milk (unsweetened, cashew, almond

ice cubes

Add all ingredients in a blender and just 1 cup of ice to start.

Blend until a smooth and thickened texture is achieved, about 30 to 60 seconds. Add more ice for a thicker texture, up to 2 cups total.

Add more milk as needed to thin out smoothie to desired consistency.

This peach mango smoothie is delicious straight up! Feel free to add one of the optional mix-ins for an extra nutrient boost, or check out the notes for other ways to change it up!

Add all ingredients except the chia seeds to a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

Divide the peach smoothie between two Le Parfait jars or Mason jars. Add one tablespoon of chia seeds, add the lid and shake until well combined.

Cut the peach into large chunks. If necessary, break or cut the frozen banana into chunks.

Place the peach, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, and honey (if using) into the pitcher of a blender. Blend just until smooth. (Only if necessary, add a tiny splash of milk, water or juice to help the ingredients start to blend. Better yet, use a tamper to help the ingredients combine!)

Add the ice and blend again, just until smooth. Serve immediately.
