Peanut Butter Brownies

peanut butter

sugar

egg (room temperature)

oz semi-sweet (or bittersweet chocolate chips)

unsalted butter

tsp vanilla extract

eggs (room temperature)

cocoa powder

cornstarch

tsp salt

mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

oz bittersweet chocolate (chopped)

heavy whipping cream

Preheat oven to 350F.

Lightly spray an 9-inch square baking pan with cooking spray. Line with parchment paper leaving an overhang for easy removal. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar, and egg. Mix until throughly combined. Set aside.

Peanut Butter Filling

In a large bowl, combine chocolate chips and butter. Melt in 30-second increments, on high heat in the microwave, stirring in between.

Stir in sugar and vanilla until completely combined.

Add eggs one a time, stirring in between until combined.

In a small bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt.

Add dry mixture to wet mixture and stir vigorously until the mixture is smooth and begins to pull away from the sides of the bowl. This will take one or two minutes.

Stir in the mini chocolate chips.

Pour two-thirds of the brownie batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

Drop small spoonfuls of the peanut butter mixture on top of the brownie batter.

Spoon on remaining brownie batter and smooth with the back of a spoon or offset spatula. It doesn't have to be perfect.

Bake for 33-37 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs. (Watch the brownies closely after 30 minutes. Don't rely on the time so much as the inserted toothpick.)

Let brownies cool completely on a cooling rack or in the fridge.

Brownies

Place bittersweet chocolate in a heat-proof bowl.

Heat whipping cream until scalding hot and pour over the top of the chocolate.

Let sit for 5 minutes and then stir until smooth. (If chocolate hasn't melted all the way, heat on high heat in 15 second intervals in the microwave, stirring in between, until chocolate is fully melted.)

Pour mixture over the top of the cooled brownies and use an offset spatula to spread over the top until smooth. Refrigerate until the ganache has completely set up.

Cut into bars and serve.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Use the parchment paper overhang to pull the brownies out and cut into squares.

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Raw peanut butter brownies

almond meal

pkt medjool dates, seeded

(35 grams) cacao powder

(60 milliliters) maple syrup

(70 grams) Mayvers Smooth Peanut Butter

⅔ cup (total) peanut butter chips

peanut butter (preferably not natural/separated)

Preheat oven

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8 baking pan with foil or parchment paper. Lightly grease the foil/parchment.

Dry ingredients

In a medium bowl combine cocoa powder, powdered sugar, flour, and salt. Set aside.

Wet ingredients

In a large bowl combine butter and granulated sugar, whisk briefly, then allow the mixture to sit at room temp for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, whisk the mixture vigorously for about 30 seconds. Add eggs, water, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well combined.

Combine wet and dry ingredients

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and use a rubber spatula or wooden spoon to stir the mixture until it is glossy and well combined. Remove ⅓ cup of brownie batter and set it aside.

Batter into pan

Add chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and peanut butter cups to the remaining batter and stir gently. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread into an even layer.

Add peanut butter swirl

Using two spoons, dollop small portions of the peanut butter and the reserved brownie batter all over the top. Use the tip of a sharp knife to swirl the brownie batter and peanut butter together*. Don’t swirl too deep; you are mostly just making visible swirls in the top layer.

Bake

Bake for 28-33 minutes. The brownies should be underbaked just slightly, but not jiggle in the center. If you insert a toothpick into the center it should come out with moist fudgy crumbs, but no thin, raw batter. Place the pan on a wire rack to cool.

tsp kosher salt

raw honey

Preheat the oven to 325°F.

Spray a nonstick 9 x 9 inch baking pan with cooking spray.

Beat the egg and egg white in a small bowl with a whisk.

In a large bowl combine the powdered peanut butter, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda and mix well with a spatula.

Add the egg and egg whites and stir.

Add water, honey, vanilla and stir with a spatula until combined.

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and bake about 30 minutes.

Set aside to cool, then cut into 12 bars cutting 3 rows x 4 rows.

PB2 Chocolate Brownies

Peanut Butter Stuffed Brownies are fudgy chocolate brownies stuffed with a thick layer of pure peanut butter for the most rich and indulgent treat. For serious peanut butter lovers only!!

Peanut Butter Stuffed Brownies

(336 grams) creamy conventional peanut butter ((NOT 'natural')**)

(113 grams) semisweet baking chocolate, chopped

(200 grams) granulated sugar

eggs egg yolk

(64 grams) all-purpose flour

(25 grams) unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted

Place the peanut butter in a heat safe bowl and microwave for 20 to 30 seconds, or until pourable but not super hot.

Line a metal 8-inch square pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang.  Spread the peanut butter into an even layer in the pan. Freeze for 1 hour or until solidified. Use the parchment to remove from pan and return peanut butter sheet to freezer. Keep frozen while making the brownie batter.

Make the peanut butter filling:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line the square pan again with parchment paper, leaving an overhang.

In a large microwave-safe bowl combine the butter and chocolate. Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring between each burst, until the mixture is melted and smooth. Add the sugar to the hot butter mixture and whisk vigorously until combined. Allow to cool until just barely warm.

Add in eggs, yolk, and vanilla extract and whisk for about 1 minute, or until very well combined.

Use a rubber spatula to stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.

Pour half of the batter into prepared pan and smooth out. Carefully place the frozen peanut butter sheet over the batter. Pour remaining batter on top, covering completely.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until cooked through but still very slightly gooey in the center. Let cool in pan 30 minutes. Remove from pan and allow to cool for another 30 minutes before slicing and serving.

Brownies can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the fridge for up to 5 days. Serving chilled makes the brownies extra fudgy!

Stir the powdered sugar, peanut butter, melted butter, and salt together in a medium bowl.

To make the peanut butter swirl:

Place the sugar, melted butter, cocoa, and salt in a large bowl and stir together until combined.

Stir in the eggs.

Add the flour and baking powder, and mix until smooth.

Drop about half the peanut butter swirl mixture in dollops over the surface of the brownie batter.  Swirl with the tip of a knife.

Layer the remaining brownie batter on top, and repeat the peanut butter swirl.

Bake for 45 to 60 minutes, or until set around the edges but still soft towards the center.

Cool completely in the pan, then transfer to a cutting board and cut into squares.

Fudgy Peanut Butter Brownies

Rich, fudgy, and chewy, these Peanut Butter Brownies have it all. They are so easy to make and don&#039;t require any special equipment.

unsalted butter ((227 grams))

semisweet chocolate chips (divided (175 grams))

all-purpose flour ((150 grams))

cocoa powder ((50 grams))

sugar ((200 grams))

brown sugar ((220 grams))

Preheat the oven to 350F. Spray an 8x8-inch square baking pan with baking spray and line with parchment paper.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Remove from the heat and whisk in 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Continue whisking until fully melted. Transfer to a large bowl and let cool for a few minutes. (You can also melt the butter in a large bowl in the microwave, then stir in the chocolate until melted.)

In another bowl, sift together the flour and cocoa powder. Whisk in the salt.

To the melted chocolate, whisk in the sugars, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in the flour mixture until well combined. Fold in the remaining 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and use a spatula to spread the batter to the edges of the pan.

Drop the peanut butter over the top of the batter by teaspoonfuls. Use the tip of a knife or a screwer to swirl it into the batter.

Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until the center doesn’t wobble when the pan is gently shaken, or 35 minutes for a super fudgy center. Cover the brownies with foil after 25 minutes if the peanut butter appears to be browning. (The bake time may increase by 5 to 10 minutes if covered.) Let the brownies cool in the pan completely before slicing.

Keto Peanut Butter Brownies Recipe

Line a 9x9 inch metal baking pan with parchment, with an overhang for easy removal. Prepare the keto brownie batter as directed (skipping the added chocolate chips) and pour into the pan. Bake the brownies for 15 to 18 minutes and let cool in the pan. 

Brownie Base

In a medium microwave safe bowl, combine the peanut butter and butter. Melt on high until they can be stirred together. Alternatively, you can do this in a pan on the stovetop over low heat.

Stir in the vanilla and the salt, then stir in the powdered sweetener, whisking vigorously to combine. Spread over the cooled brownies and refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.

Peanut Butter Fudge

In a small saucepan over medium low heat, bring the cream to just a simmer. Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips. Let sit 5 minutes to melt, then whisk until smooth.

Pour the chocolate topping over the peanut butter and use an offset spatula to spread to the edges.

Return to the fridge for another 30 minutes or so to set the chocolate. Lift the brownies out by the edges of the parchment and cut into squares.

Peanut Butter Brownies made with a chocolate chip cookie dough base, peanut butter cup center and brownies are packed with flavor!

box brownie mix (prepared according to the package directions)

refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough

Reese's Peanut Butter Cups; unwrapped

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cut the cookie dough into 12 even pieces.

Place the cookie dough into each section oif the muffin pan that&#x27;s been sprayed with non-stick baking spray. Press it down using a tart tamper tool or the back of a spoon.

Place a Reese&#x27;s Peanut Butter Cup on top of the cookie dough.

Prepare the brownie mix according to the directions on the back of the box.

Evenly distribute the brownie mix on top of each peanut butter cup until each muffin section is about 90% full.

Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until the brownies are fully cooked.

Allow them to cool in the pan for a few minutes before removing and placing on a cooling rack.
