Traeger Grilled No-Flip Bacon is one of the easiest bacon recipes ever, and also one that produces my favorite kind of bacon. Crisp, but still chewy. You can cook it to whatever texture you want though, and this method still works!

Traeger No-Flip Grilled Bacon

Preheat your Traeger Grill according to manufacturer directions...

Preheat your Traeger Grill according to manufacturer directions to 375 degrees.

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper,...

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, and place a rack on top that's been sprayed with cooking spray. Layer the thick-cut bacon on the rack in a single layer.

Bake on the Traeger at 375 for 20-30...

Bake on the Traeger at 375 for 20-30 minutes, or until it is as crispy as you'd like. You may have to turn the pan if your grill has hot spots, but you shouldn't have to flip it at all.

Make sure you pull it a bit before...

Make sure you pull it a bit before it is all the way to your liking, there will be some carryover cooking that happens after it comes off the grill.

Preheat your Traeger Grill according to manufacturer directions to 350°F.

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, and place thick cut bacon on the sheet in a single layer.

Bake in the Traeger at 350 for 20 minutes. Flip over the bacon, and reclose the lid. Cook for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the bacon is no longer floppy.

Traeger Bacon on the Pellet Grill

Traeger Smoked Spicy Candied Bacon is the easiest crowd-pleaser you are ever going to make. Much easier than pan-fried bacon, on any day of the week, this one is special enough for a Sunday full of company or a housefull of football fans invading your house for a game.

Traeger Smoked Spicy Candied Bacon

dark brown sugar

maple syrup

sriracha hot sauce

cayenne pepper

Combine the brown sugar, maple syrup, hot sauce, and cayenne in a small bowl. Whisk together until combined.

Preheat your Traeger to 300 degrees following the Traeger instructions.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay the bacon out in a single layer, and generously brush both sides with the sugar mixture.

Place the pans in the Traeger (or your oven), and cook for 20 minutes. Then flip the bacon to the other side, and cook for the remaining 15 minutes (or until the bacon looks cooked and the sugar is melted and delicious, your mileage may vary by 3-4 minutes either way.)

Remove from the grill or oven and let cook for 10-15 minutes before removing from the pan to give the "candy" time to settle. Definitely do NOT place directly on paper towels, or you'll have paper towel candied bacon and no one likes that.
