This Pineapple Cheese Ball is super easy to make, it has a fabulous flavor and tastes perfect on everything you put it on.

Pineapple Cheese Ball

½ Packs of cream cheese

-3 Tbsp. Chopped ham

pineapple

onions

Tbsp. Powdered sugar

C. Chopped pecans

Step1: Combine the cream cheese, green onions, chopped ham, crushed pineapple and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl, and stir to combine well.

Step2: Form the mixture into a ball, and roll completely in the pecans.

Step3: Place into the fridge to chill for several hours before serving.

Step4: Enjoy!

A tasty cheese ball sweetened with pineapple, spiced with red pepper flakes, and rolled in chopped pecans. It's a great flavorful combination; serve with chips, crackers, or vegetables!

Pineapple Pecan Cheese Ball: In 5 Easy Steps

lemon zest (zest of 1 lemon)

Cream

the cream cheese with an electric mixer in a large bowl.

Stir

in the pineapple, seasoned salt, green onions, pepper, red pepper flakes, and lemon zest and mix well. 

Spoon

cheeseball ingredients onto a large piece of plastic wrap, form it into a ball using the plastic wrap and seal tightly.

Chill

it in the refrigerator until firm for at least an hour. In a time crunch, place in the freezer for 15 - 30 minutes.

Place

pecans onto a flat dish or pan, remove the cheeseball from the refrigerator, unwrap it, and roll the cheeseball in the pecans until all sides are covered.
