Learn how to make my Pineapple and Coconut Frozen Yogurt recipe in only 5 minutes with just a few ingredients and no expensive ice cream machine!

Pineapple and Coconut Frozen Yogurt

pineapple

Tablespoons honey or agave nectar

lemon juice

Tablespoons toasted coconut

tAdd the frozen pineapple, honey (or agave nectar), yogurt and lemon juice into a food processor (or liquidizer).

Process until creamy, about 2-3 minutes. Scrape down the side of the bowl to make sure there are no lumps left.

Stir in the toasted coconut with a spatula

Transfer it to an airtight freezable container and freeze for a minimum 6 hours but preferably overnight. Store it in the freezer for up to 1 month.

I made it today!  It came out so delicious.  I used homemade yogurt (SCD 24-hr fermentation, then drain).  I'm glad all I needed was the food processor.  The coconut pineapple ice cream  has always been my favorite.  Also, made today mango &amp; lime, banana &amp; chocolate, and strawberry\berries ice cream recipes from site.  All super delicious.  Thank you!

I was kind of afraid of trying this, but it turned out so good! And I’m very happy since it’s pretty nutritious because of the natural ingredients! Can’t wait to try the cake batter flavor! 
(The only thing I would say is that if you dont like honey, maybe use a different sweetener because you can kind of taste the honey in it, so next time I will use something else) :)

Made it twice already. I added frozen bananas and mongos, sooooo good, can’t stop eating it!!!
