Here's one of the best pineapple juice cocktails...the pineapple margarita! This winning combination of pineapple, tequila and lime is a slam dunk.

Pineapple Juice Cocktails: Margarita &amp; More!

(3 tablespoons) tequila blanco or reposado

pineapple juice

(1 1/2 tablespoons) Cointreau

(1 1/2 tablespoon) fresh lime juice

Kosher salt or flaky sea salt,

Ice, ice)

For the garnish: pineapple wedge

Cut a notch in a lime wedge, then run the lime around the rim of a glass. Dip the edge of the rim into a plate of salt (or for a festive look, use Margarita Salt).

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and fill it with ice. Shake until cold. Strain the margarita into the glass with the salted rim. Fill the glass with ice and serve.

Add spiced rum, pineapple rum, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and orange juice to a shaker filled with ice.

Garnish with a pineapple slice, a cherry, and a sprig of mint.

½ oz grenadine

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Pour in all of the ingredients.

Shake the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker for about fifteen seconds.

Add the light rum, coconut rum, and blue curaçao to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Shake well until chilled.

Coconut Rum Punch

oz Rum

oz Pineapple Juice

0.5 oz Coconut Cream

0.25 oz Grenadine

Pineapple slice and leaves (for garnish)

In a cocktail shaker, combine rum, pineapple juice, and coconut cream.

Add ice to the shaker and shake until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice.

Top with grenadine for a beautiful color contrast.
