Himalayan pink salt

½ lemon

honey

apple cider vinegar

–10 Filtered Water above room temperature

Lemon squeezed

Apple Cider Vinegar the mother (raw and unfiltered)

Add the pink Himalayan salt and stir until fully dissolved.

Squeeze the juice from half a lemon into the glass.

Add the apple cider vinegar and give it one final stir.

Drink slowly on an empty stomach, ideally within 30 minutes of waking.
