Chicken in Mole La Costena sauce

Chicken(chilled)-1 PC

Sauce(they say, La Costena)-1 PC

Sweet pepper(La Costena)-1 pack.

Green pepper(jalapeno, la costena)-1 pack.

Mayonnaise-200 g

Water-200 g

 Take chicken, La Costena Jalapeno and Chipotle peppers, La Costena Mole sauce

Put the Mole sauce in a bowl and add water.

Stir the mole sauce with water so that there are no lumps.

Salt the chicken, put on a baking sheet and pour over the Mole sauce.

We put the chicken in the oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 220 degrees. Prepare the side dish: open the Chipotle pepper and put on a plate.

We put mayonnaise next to the Chipotla pepper, after the mayonnaise - Jalapeno pepper. We end up with the Mexican flag on a plate.

After 40 minutes, take out the chicken from the oven and put it on a plate. Bon appetit!!!!!!
