Pull-Apart Garlic Bread Pizza Dip

c. shredded mozzarella, divided

(8-oz.) blocks cream cheese, softened

ricotta

Italian seasoning

red pepper flakes

Kosher salt

c. pizza sauce

c. mini pepperoni

(16-oz.) cans refrigerated biscuits (such as Pillsbury Grands)

c. extra-virgin olive oil

Easy to make. Great flavor, used Rhodes rolls. And in my oven it took15 mintues less to cook. My family loves it. When the bread was gone they used Ritz to finish it off.

I made this for a potluck birthday party and it was a hit! Very easy to make. Just make sure napkins are handy!

As an novice, unrated, less than mediocre home cook (with a great personality), I have to say my anxiety levels peeked while preparing this dish. I knew the prep time would take me longer, but it was a solid hour and 15 minutes, not including commute time to the store to purchase a cooking brush, which I must say was a total game changer. 

I haven’t baked this yet so I cannot comment on the taste, however, may I suggest some edits to this to help the next novice gal out:

<ol><li> Include additional prep time</li><li> Suggest some sort of adult beverage be present</li><li> Provide instructions on how big the parsley and garlic should be chopped</li><li>Include spacing directions for the rolls</li></ol>

Sophisticated dish, for a sophisticated palette.

I made this with already made rolls and it cut the cooktime to only 15 min was so delicious!

It was soupy and dry at the same time... not for me. I think I prefer a pull-apart garlic bread where you use a loaf and cut into it.

Just okay.  Not garlicky enough and not enough sauce. The dip was too thick, more like a spread than a dip.

A pizza dip is obviously good, but a MEAT LOVERS' pizza dip? That's next-level good. This dip is super simple to make, and everyone will love it. We used sausage, bacon, and pepperoni but use whatever types of meat you prefer!

Meat Lovers Pizza Dip Is The Most Epic Dip Ever

This easy cheesy pizza dip recipe is the perfect throw-together appetizer served with baguette toasts or tortilla chips.

Easy cheesy pizza dip

cream cheese (room temperature)

mozzarella cheese (grated (½ cup reserved for topping))

Parmesan cheese (grated)

oregano

tsp basil (chopped)

pizza sauce

pepperoni / salami

Preheat the oven to 200°C/390°F.

In a large mixing bowl, combine room temperature cream cheese with grated mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Add the oregano and basil then season with salt and pepper. Mix until everything is combined. 

Transfer the cheese mixture to a casserole dish (I used a pie plate, you can use any oven-proof dish) then top with the pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese and salami.
