Protein Biscoff Spread - Low Calorie, Low Sugar

Biscoff Cookies (80 grams)

Tbsp Creamy Almond Butter (32 grams)

Vanilla Protein Powder (Whey-casein, 45 grams)

Tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk (105 milliliters)

Place in food processor or blender and process until crumbled.

Add protein powder, almond butter and milk (a little at time) and process until you get the desired consistency.Use less for crunchy, and add more for smooth.Scrape down sides if necessary.

Have you tried using peanut butter instead of almond butter? ˙ᵕ˙ do you reckon it would work !

Love it! I used 85g of low calorie Biscoff cookies that I found a recipe for somewhere else, so this unfortunately didn't have as much of a Biscoff flavour as it could've :'( but that's my own fault lol! The spread texture is great, the process was easy, and it feels great to know all the protein per spoonful!

Next time I'll use real Biscoff cookies, and the spread will be even more addictive 😅

My macros came out to 66 kcals per 30g so I'm happy with that :)
