Maple Vanilla Protein Fudge

protein powder (I use SunWarrior Vanilla)

coconut flour

almond butter

tbsp coconut oil (separated)

tsp coconut palm sugar

cocoa powder

vanilla

maple syrup

sea salt

chocolate chips

In a large bowl combine all ingredients except for the chocolate chips and 1 tbsp of the coconut oil

Mix well and press into a medium sized glass container and store in the fridge

Melt the chocolate and remaining coconut oil in the microwave for about 20 seconds

Stir well and pour over the base of the fudge

Return to the fridge for 15 minutes

Cut into squares and store in the fridge

Cookie Dough Protein Balls

vanilla protein powder

natural peanut butter (**please use a drippy, natural variety

maple syrup (**or honey if you aren't vegan)

chocolate chunks (**chocolate chips work too)

In a large mixing bowl, stir all ingredients together.

Roll into heaping tablespoon sized balls and place on a tray. Freeze for 15 minutes.

Store in an airtight sealed container and keep in the fridge or freezer
