Heat the almond milk in a sauce pot over high heat until simmering.

Meanwhile place the eggs, chocolate Equip, vanilla, cinnamon, stevia and salt into a blender. Puree the mixture and while the blender is running over slow speed, pour the hot almond milk into the blender. Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking.

Protein Sparing Malt-O-Meal

unsweetened low fat coconut milk ((or macadamia nut milk))

stevia glycerite

vanilla extract

scoop Chocolate Equip Protein Powder

Avocado Oil spray (to spray the pan)

In a small bowl, whisk together the egg whites, unsweetened milk, sweetener, extract, Equip Prime protein powder and salt (or place everything into a blender and pulse until smooth).

In a medium-sized saucepan, melt the oil over medium heat. Add the egg mixture and cook, scraping the bottom with a whisk, until the mixture thickens and starts curdling, about 4 minutes.

Use a whisk to help separate the curds. Once the curds form and the mixture has thickened, remove from the heat and transfer to a serving bowl. Serve with ¼ cup unsweetened coconut or macadamia nut milk if desired. Best served fresh.
