These chocolate peanut butter quinoa crunch bars will be your new high protein snack obsession! They are chocolatey and sweet and made in under 10 minutes! The perfect snack to have on the go!

Crunchy Quinoa Snack Bars (5 Ingredients)

Uncooked Quinoa

Chocolate Flavored Powdered Peanut Butter

Maple Syrup

Coconut Oil

Almond Milk

Salt

First heat a pan over med-high heat and add in your uncooked quinoa. Toast is for about 5 minutes until the quinoa starts to pop like pop corn. Once it is golden promptly remove it from the heat and transfer it into a medium sized bowl.

Next add in the rest of your ingredients on top of the popped quinoa and mix well to combine.

Transfer your mixture into a lined loaf pan and spread it out evenly to the edges with a spatula.

Pop your loaf pan into the freezer for 1-2 hours to firm up then slice into bars.

Eat right away or store them in the freezer for up to 3 months!
