olive oil

red wine vinegar

shallot (diced (about 2 tbsp))

Dijon mustard

tsp salt

pepper (to taste)

Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend for 30 seconds.

Red Wine Vinegar

grape juice (or water)

extra virgin olive oil

salt

onion powder

pepper

Blend

In a blender or food processor, blend all the ingredients together until smooth.&nbsp;

Strain

Pour the dressing through a fine-mesh strainer to remove seeds if desired. 

Store

Store the dressing in an airtight container for up to 7 days in the refrigerator.
