This Raw Salted Caramel Slice recipe is a no-bake recipe that is made with natural unprocessed ingredients!

Raw Salted Caramel Slice

cup almond flour or blanched almonds

coconut

cup refined coconut oil

Medjool dates

cup Medjool dates

nut butter of choice

almond milk

tsp vanilla extract

tsp fleur de sel (can sub table salt)

cup coconut oil

cup cocoa powder

tbsp maple syrup

Line an 8&#215;8 inch pan with parchment paper. Set aside.

Add the almond flour, shredded coconut, coconut oil and dates to a food processor until well combined. The mixture should be a bit sticky when you press it between your fingers.

Spread the mixture evenly into the bottom of the pan and place in the freezer while you prepare the caramel layer.

In a food processor combine the Medjool dates, nut butter, almond milk, vanilla extract and fleur de sel until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the food processor as needed. Evenly spread the mixture on top of the almond four base. Place the pan back in the freezer for 30 minutes until the caramel sets.

Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan on low heat. Add the cocoa powder, vanilla extract and maple syrup and mix until combined. Remove from heat and let cool slightly, then pour the chocolate mixture on top of the pan and spread evenly.

Place the pan in the fridge for at least 2 hours to let the bars set. (or in the freezer for 30 minutes if you can&#8217;t wait.)

Remove and cut into squares. Store leftovers in the fridge or freezer.

So incredibly good, I keep making it over and over again.

Sometimes I find the caramel ratio may be a bit off but it depends on how soft your dates are I've found out!

This has got to be the best slice I’ve ever had! Not even kidding. My kids love it too. It’s salted caramel heaven, healthy &amp; so simple to make. Raw baking at its best!!

This recipe is fantastic.  I make these slices on a regular basis and always have a batch in the freezer.  I mostly double the recipe as my 25 year old son eats them as a pre workout snack. As for my hubby and I... well we just eat them whenever we feel like a yummy bite!  Thanks so much!

This is the holy grail of caramel slices, it is WAY better than the original caramel slice you’d get from a bakery. I have made this for gifts, for events and to keep in the fridge and there is nothing that beats this. Family and friends rave about it, I’ve made so many raw desserts and this tops all of them. It&#39;s always nice to have a sweet snack after a meal, and these Cashew Fat Bombs fit the bill. This recipe is not only delicious, but deliciously simple.

Snack-Size Cashew Fat Bombs

cashew nuts

coconut milk

maple syrup

tbsp virgin coconut oil

sea salt

Put all items in food processor and blend into a thin liquid consistency, as smooth as possible.

Place the mixture in small muffin tins and place in the freezer for 1 hour.

Serve.

Tbsp water.

In a food processor, blend walnuts until fine.

Add in remaining ingredients and blend until combined, scraping the sides down as needed.

There shouldn&#8217;t be any big chunks at this point.

 Chill at least 30 minutes in freezer before rolling. Then roll into balls and if desired, roll into some cocoa powder.

Made these in no time. Quick and easy. Great little sweet treat for the end of the day. Has anyone made them with whole raw almonds (soaked or Unsoaked) -  not sure how they break down in food processor.

These are amazing! They satisfied my chocolate craving but still had cleaner ingredients than a regular brownie. I used a mix of walnuts, cashews, and sliced almonds since that's all I had in my kitchen, and it still had a good, dense consistency and was delicious!
