Missing oatmeal for breakfast? This low carb and Keto Oatmeal or as some call it &quot;noatmeal&quot; is easy, uses chia seeds, is high protein, and can be made overnight, in the microwave or on the stovetop.  I give a basic oatmeal recipe below and then I give you a ton of add ins to make this recipe your own!

keto Oatmeal or Noatmeal - Microwave, Overnight, or Stovetop

Tablespoons Hemp Hearts

Chia Seeds

Cinnamon OR vanilla extract

Tablespoons Heavy Cream

Water

Tablespoon Granular Sweetener (Click here to see my favorite on Amazon)

In a medium sized bowl with a lid, add all of the ingredients and stir to combine.&nbsp;

Refrigerate four hours to overnight stirring at least once. Add more almond milk or cream to thin if needed.  Serve with your toppings of choice (see post above)

For Low Carb Overnight Oats

Add all ingredients to a microwave safe bowl and cook on high for 2 minutes.  Remove from the mircrowave and serve with your toppings of choice.

For Microwave Keto Oatmeal

Add all of the ingredients to a small saucepan over medium heat.  Cook for 5-8 minutes until thick, stirring occasionally.  Serve with your toppings of choice.

KETO WHAT I EAT Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

Made on the stovetop, this healthy apple cinnamon oatmeal is ready in under 30 minutes and loaded with protein! Perfect for simple breakfasts at home whenever you&#039;re needing breakfast in an instant!

Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

water

oats

salt

cinnamon

nutmeg

apples

honey (or maple syrup)

pecans (chopped)

Add the water to a medium pot and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Add in the oats together with the salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and stir well to combine.

Next, add in the apples. Reduce the heat and let it simmer over medium-low heat, for 10-12 minutes stirring occasionally.

Once the apples are tender, stir in the honey and pecans. 

Turn the heat off, cover the pot and let the oatmeal sit for 5 minutes.
