Reese’s Pieces Peanut Butter Cookies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line your baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.

In a small mixing bowl mix the ingredients for the peanut butter mixture with hand mixer.

In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until just combined. Set aside.

In a large bowl cream the butter, shortening and both sugars until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, beating well after each one. Then vanilla and the peanut butter mixture to bowl and mix until just combined.

Add the flour mixture to cookie dough by the cupful and beat at a low speed until fully mixed. Mix in the Reese’s Pieces and peanut butter chips by hand.

Drop dough onto prepared cookie sheets about 2 inches apart. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 11 minutes. They won’t look quit done but this will keep them soft! Remove from oven and let them sit on the baking sheet for 1 minute, then remove to a cooking rack.

Add the vanilla, flour baking soda and baking powder and mix until combined. Add crushed Reeses Pieces and peanut butter chips.

Scoop dough onto a greased cookie sheet. Add 3-4 Reeses Pieces on top and press in a bit.

Bake at 350 for 7-8 minutes.

Reese's Peanut Butter Cookies

½ cup (113 grams) unsalted butter,

peanut butter,

(165 grams) light brown sugar, packed

(48 grams) granulated sugar

(10 milliliters) pure vanilla extract

¼ cups (175 grams) all-purpose flour

(9.9 oz/280 grams- about 1 ¼ cups) Reese’s Pieces

Preheat the oven to 350° F. Combine the softened butter with peanut butter and beat until completely smooth; scrape down the bowl occasionally. Next add the brown and granulated sugar. Beat on medium speed until well combined, 2-3 minutes.

Next add the eggs and vanilla extract and continue beating until well incorporated.

In a separate bowl, combine the remaining dry ingredients, except the Reese’s Pieces. Stir to combine and slowly add the dry ingredients into the dough, mixing on low speed until dough starts to form. Before the dough thickens, add 1 cup Reese’s Pieces. Beat a couple of times just until the flour incorporates.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking sheet. Scoop the dough using a large cookie scoop and place on a sheet pan, 2 inches apart. Place additional Reese’s Pieces on top of the cookies.

Bake for 11-13 minutes. The center of the cookie should be slightly under baked but not too gooey. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5-10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt.

In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and both of the sugars with a hand held mixer or stand up mixer until light and fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla extract and combine.

Mix in the peanut butter until combined.

Turn the mixer speed to low and gradually add in the flour mixture until the dough is just combined.  Be careful not to over mix.

Gently fold in 1 cup of the Reese’s pieces.

Then drop the cookie dough onto baking sheets in approximately 1 ½  tablespoon amounts.

Place the remaining Reese’s pieces candies on top of the cookies.

Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cookies are just starting to brown around the edges of the cookies.

Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes and then move the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.

Then the cookies are ready to enjoy!

Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.

Mix dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Cream butter and sugars: In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat softened butter until it becomes very creamy. Add the granulated sugar and brown sugar and cream together until fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.

Mix in wet ingredients: Add the egg and mix until combined. Finally, add the peanut butter and vanilla extract and mix again until combined.

Add dry to wet mixture: Add the flour mixture to the wet mixture and mix until it&#39;s almost combined but with some flour patches left.

Fold in chocolate: Add the Reese&#39;s Pieces and chocolate chunks. Switch to a spatula to fold it all together and finish mixing the dough without overmixing.

Scoop cookie dough: Use a 4-tablespoon scooper to scoop out the cookie dough and release it onto your lined baking sheet, leaving about 2&quot; in between each cookie to allow for spreading.

Bake: Bake cookies for about 10 minutes. Take them out of the oven and bang the tray against a wire rack a few times to help them spread and flatten. Press a few extra Reese&#39;s Pieces and chocolate chunks on top of each cookie. Return them to the oven to bake for another 1-2 minutes, for a total of about 12 minutes.

Enjoy warm: Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes before carefully transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely or enjoy them warm!
