Zart geschmortes Fleisch, würzige Soße: Für unser einfaches Gulasch-Rezept brauchst du nur Rindergulasch, Rotwein und ein paar Grundzutaten. 

Saftiges Rindergulasch - das klassische Rezept

Zwiebeln

Knoblauchzehen

Tomaten

kg Rindergulasch

EL Öl

Salz

Pfeffer

Chili

Zucker

EL Tomatenmark

gehäufte EL Mehl

300 ml trockener Rotwein

Stiele krause Petersilie

Schritt 1

Zwiebeln und Knoblauch schälen, beides fein würfeln. Tomaten waschen und in kleine Stücke schneiden. Gulasch trocken tupfen. Öl in einem Bräter erhitzen. Gulasch darin portionsweise &#40;sonst wird das Fleisch nicht braun&#41; bei starker Hitze kräftig anbraten.

Schritt 2

Beim Anbraten der letzten Fleischportion zum Schluss Zwiebeln und Knoblauch mitbraten. Gesamtes Fleisch wieder in den Bräter geben. Mit Salz und Pfeffer kräftig würzen. Tomatenmark einrühren, kurz anschwitzen.

Schritt 3

Mit Mehl bestäuben und unter Rühren kurz anschwitzen.

Schritt 4

Wein und ca. 1⁄2 l Wasser zugießen. ­Tomaten unterheben. Aufkochen und dann zugedeckt bei schwacher Hitze ca. 2 1⁄2 Stunden schmoren, bis das Fleisch weich ist und zerfällt. Evtl. 100–200 ml Wasser angießen.

Schritt 5

Gulasch mit Salz, Pfeffer, Chili und 1 Prise Zucker abschmecken. Petersilie waschen und trocken schütteln. Blättchen hacken und über das Gulasch streuen. Dazu schmecken Nudeln oder Stampfkartoffeln.
