These roasted walnuts are my low carb spin on Chex Mix! The seasonings are the same as traditional Chex Mix, but we skip out on the cereal and just use it for roasting nuts.

"Chex Mix" Roasted Walnuts

walnut halves

butter

Worcestershire sauce

salt

onion powder

garlic powder

Tabasco, more to taste

Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

Add all of the ingredients to a mixing ...

Add all of the ingredients to a mixing  bowl and stir well to coat the nuts in the seasoning.

Spread the nuts on a parchment lined baking...

Spread the nuts on a parchment lined baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. 

Let cool completely before storing in an air-tight...
