In a cocktail shaker (or small jar), combine...

In a cocktail shaker (or small jar), combine the raspberry jam, fresh raspberries, and fresh mint leaves. Muddle them (with a muddler or end of a wooden spoon) until the berries are broken up— about 15 seconds. Add vodka and stir or muddle a little more.

Pour the muddled berries through a small fine...

Pour the muddled berries through a small fine mesh sieve into a glass. Make sure to push all of the juice out to get the full flavor! 

Top with enough rosé to fill the glass....

If desired add ice halfway up a standard wine glass.

Fill each glass up halfway with wine and 1-2 shots of pomegranate juice and stir.  Top off with a splash of ginger beer, club soda, or citrus sparkling water to taste.
