Upgrade a classic package of store-bought ramen with this simple 15-minute recipe for Chicken Ramen Noodles in Peanut Sauce! The easy dinner is fast, affordable and full of flavor!

Chicken Ramen Noodles in Peanut Soy Sauce

chicken breast (such as from a store-bought rotisserie chicken)

soy sauce

peanut butter

Sriracha chili sauce

green onions (thinly sliced)

peanuts

If you prefer to cook your own chicken rather than purchasing store-bought cooked rotisserie chicken, start by heating 2 teaspoons of canola oil (or other mild oil) in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 lb. raw, diced chicken breast and cook, stirring regularly, until browned and cooked through. Remove from heat.

For the Chicken:

In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, peanut butter, and Sriracha chili sauce until smooth. I like to microwave the mixture for about 20-30 seconds before whisking, just until the peanut butter starts to melt, which helps the ingredients come together smoothly. The sauce will be thick, which is fine -- you will be adding cooking water to thin the mixture later. Set aside.

For the Sauce:

Bring about 6 cups of water to a boil in a large pot. Add 3 seasoning packets from the ramen noodle packages, as well as the ramen noodles. Boil noodles with the seasoning until noodles are tender (about 3 minutes), stirring occasionally. Remove noodles to a large bowl, and be sure to reserve the cooking liquid.

While noodles are still hot, stir in cooked chicken and peanut sauce. Add cooking water, a couple of tablespoons at a time, to thin the sauce, until it reaches the desired consistency.

Garnish with green onions and chopped peanuts. Serve immediately.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.

In a large bowl mix together cooked chicken, cream of soups, sour cream, cheddar cheese, milk, garlic, melted butter, thawed vegetables, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.

In medium bowl place Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix. Stir in water and 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese.  Spoon biscuit mix on top of cream mixture and smooth out evenly.

Bake in preheated oven for 16-18 minutes until golden brown, biscuits are cooked through, and mixture is heated through.

In small dish mix together 4 TBS melted butter &amp; herb seasoning pack that came with the biscuit mix. Brush on top of the casserole. Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

This easy and delicious Chicken Pot Pie is made with a flaky and buttery crescent roll crust. The homemade filling is perfect for leftover chicken or turkey. This is ultimate comfort food!

Chicken Pot Pie with Crescent Roll Crust

Tablespoons butter

garlic cloves, (minced)

all purpose flour

chicken broth

thyme

salt

poultry seasoning

pepper, (to taste)

heavy cream

(8 oz) tube of crescent rolls

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray a large baking pan (either a deep dish pie plate or an 11x7 inch pan) with cooking spray and set aside.

Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the onion, celery, carrots, and peas, and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes. Add in the garlic and cook for 1 minute more until nice and fragrant. Add the chicken and stir everything well.

Sprinkle the flour over the top of the chicken and vegetables and stir until everything is evenly coated. Cook for 2 more minutes, then add the chicken broth to the pan. Stir constantly for 2-3 more minutes until the mixture starts to thicken. Season with the thyme, parsley, seasoned salt, poultry seasoning, garlic powder, and some pepper to taste. Stir in the heavy cream and cook for 2-3 more minutes until nice and thick. Pour into the prepared baking pan.

Spread the crescent rolls over the top of the filling. Place in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until crescent roll dough is golden brown on top and cooked through. Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

This is absolutely DELICIOUS and easy especially if you get all ingredients chopped and prepped ahead and then throw it together when you're ready.  Using Sam's or Costco rotisserie chicken is cheap, easy and tasty!  I used 1 pkg. of crescent rolls on the bottom and par-baked for 10 mins. (We like a lot of crust). Leftovers are just as good and it makes a large portion! (There are only 2 of us)

This is definitely a winner! It's beyond delicious and the presentation is beautiful. This is one of my husband's favorite dishes. Nice enough to enjoy with company on a chilly night

Delicious!! Made this tonight, and we were super happy with the flavor. The sauce part was also the perfect consistency. I think the glass dish we used was slightly smaller than was recommended, but it still fit perfectly.

Cooked this chicken pot pie tonight.  My husband said this was the best pot pie ever.  I used a frozen pie crust on the bottom and crescent rolls on top.  I also used frozen veggies.   Cooked for 16 min. . It was so easy.  Thanks for recipe. I  give this 5 stars
