1. In a small bowl, Mix 2 containers of Sabra tehina with water until it is thin but not watery. Set aside.  2. Mix meat with all ingredients except reserved

flat leaf parsley, washed and patted dry, stemmed and finely chopped (Reserve 1/4 cup for garnish)

cinnamon

cumin

turmeric

ginger

paprika

Salt and pepper

pistachio halves

canola oil

Sabra Olive Tapenade hummus

feta crumbles

red onion (chopped)

Tbsp green onion

Tbsp parsley (chopped)

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease a rimmed baking sheet.

Place sweet peppers on the baking sheet in an even layer. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes.

Remove from oven and fill with 1 to 2 Tbsp of Sabra Olive Tapenade hummus.

Top with feta, red onion, green onion and parsley. Serve immediately.
