Homemade Sage and Onion Seasoning (Poultry Seasoning)

sage, ground

onion flakes

garlic granules

coriander

salt, more to taste

black pepper

parsley, dry

sugar, more to taste

red pepper flakes

Place all ingredients in a jar. Shake to mix well.

Taste the seasoning blend and adjust to your personal preference ie. more savory, more or less salt, garlic, sugar, etc.

Store in a dark cupboard or pantry in airtight container or jar away from heat for 6 months or more.

Hi Tracy, I love your Sage, Onion and Garlic seasoning.Used it on oven roasted vegetables. Did I ever have trouble finding the onion flakes though. Will try this seasoning on cauliflower as well. Thank you, Judy
