How To Make a Salt Scrub

salt

oil (jojoba, olive, avocado

preferred essential oils

tbsp add-ins i.e. coffee grinds, almond meal, herbs etc..

Mix together sea salt and carrier oil until well combined.

Add in essential oils until desired scent reached (10-20 drops) and any optional add-ins.

Store in a sealed jar in a cool location until ready for use.

When using: scoop out desired amount and scrub onto clean, damp skin. Wash off completely.

coconut oil, melted

Mix the melted coconut oil, epsom salts together in a small bowl.

Hi, Liz &amp; Maggie. We live in an older house and of course it has old pipes which are prone to clogging with neglect. Once a month, I fill all the sinks with hot tap water and then let them run down the drain while hot. Also, occasionally pour 1/2 cup of white vinegar down before going to bed at night to dissolve any soap or grease buildup in the trap.
