(700 grams) coconut yoghurt

thickened cream

(360 grams) pure icing sugar, sifted

(45 grams) cacao powder (from health food stores and some supermarkets)

(125 milliliters) maple syrup

tbs cacao powder

savoiardi (sponge fingers)
