A &quot;chaffle&quot; is a waffle made with cheese and eggs, and around here we add one more ingredient: Keto Chow (OK, you can actually add additional ingredients like sugar-free chocolate chips but the core recipe is really simple =). We&#x27;ve tried these with just about every flavor of Keto Chow: the sweet flavors make great traditional waffles, the savory flavors make amazing buns, pizza crusts, and more!

3 ingredient Keto Chow Chaffles (sweet or savory)

eggs

cheese (we typically use mozzarella or Monterey jack)

Keto

Crack open and empty eggs into a bowl

Add cheese.

Add Keto Chow.

Add other ingredients like chocolate chips if desired

Mix to get the clumps out

Put a small amount of the mixture into the waffle maker, this will take a bit of practice to get right but it&#x27;s around 2 tablespoons. You&#x27;re only filling it maybe halfway.

Chaffles are all the rage these days, and frankly: for good reason. They're extremely easy to make, taste great, and really fill the need for waffles, buns, pizza crusts, and more. This super-simple, 3 ingredient recipe is something we've been cooking up around here and wanted to share with everyone. You can use any of the flavors of Keto Chow, here are some of our favorite uses:

* Use eggnog, chocolate, banana, or any of the other sweet flavors to make an amazing waffle. Throw on some whipped cream and you're all set!
* Use the Creamy Tomato Basil Keto Chow to make pizza crusts
* Use the Savory Chicken Soup to make a bun/roll for burgers or a grilled cheese sandwich
* Use Spicy Taco Soup to make a soft taco shell

This is pretty much the perfect companion for keto sausage gravy!

Keto Chow Drop Biscuits

almond flour (59 grams)

tsp baking powder (5 grams)

Tbsp butter (cubed) (28.5 grams)

Mix together almond flour, Keto Chow and baking powder.

Cut in the butter. You can use your hands.

Add egg whites and mix batter until combined. It will be lumpy from the cold butter.

Drop onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper

Bake at 350 degrees for 17-20 minutes or until brown on top.

Split open using fork tines to keep fluffy texture.

Slather these soft, warm rolls with butter or use them to sop up sauce, and they’ll make any meal extra special.

Delicious Dinner Rolls

psyllium husk powder (1.75 oz.)

coconut flour (1.25 oz.)

Savory Chicken Soup Keto Chow

baking soda

baking powder

Tbsp. avocado oil

apple cider vinegar

water

Tbsp. sesame seeds or poppy seeds

Preheat oven to 350℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Using an electric mixer, combine psyllium powder, coconut flour, Keto Chow, baking soda, and baking powder.

Add the egg whites, oil, and vinegar and mix on low speed until combined.

Carefully pour in the hot water with the mixer off, then mix again on low speed.

When the water has been incorporated, mix on medium speed until a soft dough forms.

Divide dough into six pieces and shape into balls.

Mix the egg yolk with a teaspoon of water and brush the egg wash over each roll.

Place on the baking sheet, pat down lightly, and sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds.

Bake in the preheated oven 30-40 minutes, or until they are brown, puffed, and round. They should sound slightly hollow when tapped on the bottom, and should hold their shape when gently touched.

Cool for ten minutes, then transfer to a basket lined with a clean cloth or napkin to keep warm.

The rolls will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or in the freezer for up to three months.
