These Donkey Balls are a fun and delicious treat! A savory snack made with a blend of ground beef, cheese, and spices, shaped into bite-sized balls and baked to perfection. Great for parties, appetizers, or as a tasty snack!

Donkey Balls Recipe

beef (or ground turkey, if preferred)

cheddar cheese

breadcrumbs

onion

green bell pepper (optional)

garlic powder

smoked paprika

oregano

black pepper

Worcestershire sauce

ketchup (optional, for glaze)

1. Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, green bell pepper (if using), garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, black pepper, egg, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into 1-inch meatballs (or larger if preferred).

Place the formed meatballs onto the prepared baking sheet, making sure they are spaced apart.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are browned and cooked through (the internal temperature should reach 160°F or 71°C for beef).

If you&#8217;d like a sweet and tangy glaze on top of the Donkey Balls, mix together 2 tablespoons of ketchup and a teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce. Brush this glaze over the meatballs about 5 minutes before they’re done baking.

Once the Donkey Balls are cooked, remove them from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.

Serve them warm with your favorite dipping sauce, like ranch, BBQ sauce, or hot sauce.

Slow cooker Mississippi meatballs are an easy dump and go recipe that everyone will love! Featuring meatballs cooked in a zesty mix of spices, pepperoncini juice, butter and broth, this dish makes a fantastic main dish or appetizer.

Slow Cooker Mississippi Meatballs

48 oz bag frozen meatballs

oz pkt au jus gravy mix

dry ranch seasoning

pepperoncini slices

pepperoncini juice

butter

beef broth

cornstarch

Add all of the meatballs to the bowl of your slow cooker, then sprinkle the gravy mix and ranch seasoning evenly out over them.

Add the pepperoncini, the juice, and the beef broth to the pot.

Place the pats of butter evenly out overtop of the meatballs.

Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours, or on HIGH for 4 hours.

Thirty minutes before the meatballs are done cooking, whisk together the water and cornstarch to form a slurry. Pour it into the slow cooker, gently stirring to combine, then recover and finish cooking on HIGH.
