Such an awesome recipe! I cooked pork tenderloin for the first time &amp; used this recipe. I used herbes de Provence on the outside of the pork. I used chicken stock as the liquid to deglaze for the pan sauce. My husband doesn't like pork pink in the middle so I let the internal temp come up to 155, 160 and it was delicious with some instant pot mashed potatoes.
