Classic Shirley Temple

(2 tablespoons) grenadine (try our homemade version)

(1 tablespoon) lime juice

(2/3 cup) ginger ale or ginger beer

Ice (try clear ice!)

For the garnish: cocktail cherry

In a highball glass, stir together the grenadine and lime juice.

Add the ice and fill the glass with the ginger ale. Top with cherry.
