These Easy Pull Apart Pepperoni Pizza Sliders are made with soft buns stuffed full of pepperoni, pizza sauce and ooey gooey cheese, then slathered in delicious garlic butter.

Easy Pepperoni Pizza Sliders

dinner rolls

pizza sauce

pepperoni ((more if you like))

mozzarella cheese

butter

garlic powder

oregano

parsley

tbsp parmesan cheese

Make the melted butter mixture first. In a small bowl mix together the melted butter, garlic powder, oregano, parsley and parmesan cheese. Set aside.

Use a 9&#215;13 baking pan for the sliders.

Cut the dinner rolls in half horizontally. Then lay the bottom halves in the baking dish.

Brush each top with HALF OF the melted butter mixture.

Cover with tin foil and bake for 25 minutes

After 25 minutes, remove the foil and bake for 5 more minutes. The buns are done when the tops of the buns are golden, and the cheese is melted and gooey.

Brush the remaining butter over the tops of the buns, and serve immediately.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and prepare a casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Slice sweet rolls in half and place the bottom half in the prepared casserole dish.

In a small dish place, mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon dried oregano and mix together. Spread on the bottom of your sweet rolls. Top with ham, salami, pepperoni, and provolone cheese. Place the top half of your sweet rolls on top.

Brush on olive oil and sprinkle on remaining dried oregano. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and rolls are warm. Serve them and enjoy!

deli ham (thinly sliced)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 by 13 inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.

Mix together the butter, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, onion.

Cut the rolls in half and put the bottom in the prepared baking dish. Top with half the ham. Add the cheese, and top with the remaining ham.

Add the tops of the rolls and pour over the butter mixture. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and remove the foil. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven, cut and serve immediately.

Hawaiian Slider Rolls

honey ham

Swiss cheese (, thinly sliced)

white American cheese

unsalted butter (, melted)

dijon mustard

fine sea salt

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Place all 12 Hawaiian rolls onto a surface suitable for cutting. Using a serrated knife, slice in half while keeping the tops and bottoms intact. It should be like one large sandwich.

Place the bottom layer of rolls in a 9x13 pan.

Evenly layer the Swiss cheese on first, the the ham and finally the white American cheese.

In a small bowl, combine the butter, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Place in the microwave until the butter has melted, approximately 40 seconds.

Baste over the tops of the rolls, trying to get as much on top as you can.

Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.

Remove the aluminum foil and continue to bake until tops are slightly browned and cheese has melted.

Remove, cut the rolls into 12 individual sliders and serve hot.

These French dip sliders make the perfect easy dinner, or appetizer and they take almost no cooking! My family loves these and they make such an easy weeknight meal!

French Dip Sliders

Kings Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls

lb of roast beef

Provolone cheese

garlic powder (onion powder, and sesame seeds)

Worcestershire Sauce

Crispy Fried Onions

Melt the butter in the microwave and add 1 TBSP of Au Jus packet.

Season the melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, sesame seeds, Worcestershire, stir well, and set that to the side.

Cut your Hawaiian rolls in half and put the bottoms into a greased baking dish.

Next, add a layer of provolone cheese to the Hawaiian rolls.

Layer your roast beef over the top of the provolone.

Add another layer of provolone cheese over the top of the roast beef and sprinkle on as many crispy fried onions as you’d like!

Place the tops of the Hawaiian rolls over those crispy onions and brush the tops with the butter/seasoning mixture.

Sprinkle some additional sesame seeds over the top of the melted butter to make them look extra fancy!

These are going to bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.

While they are baking combine 2 cups of cold water with the rest of the Au Jus Gravy Packet following the directions on the package to make Au Jus for dipping.

How wonderful to make something for my grown kids that they have not had before, and ALL asked for the recipe!! 
I actually added extra roast beef and cheese, but absolutely delicious! May schmear a bit of horseradish sauce on the inside of the buns next time.

Side Note: Caramelized some super thin onion slices with some mushrooms and fresh garlic. AMAZING!!!!

Agreed...A bit too salty. But a good recipe. Can of course substitute with Mozzarella Cheese. Au jus low sodium mixes are available.

Spicy Shrimp Salad Sliders

lb. cooked shrimp, chopped

chorizo sausage,

celery

chives, chopped

dijon

salt

pepper

buffalo wing sauce

slider buns

chives

Mix all the ingredients for the salad in a medium bowl, stirring to combine. Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and chill.

When ready to serve, cut each slider buns down the center but not all the way through.

Fill with the chorizo shrimp salad, garnish with extra chopped chives and serve.
