What's your favorite grain in a grain bowl?

This was super tasty! I almost had all the Ingredients but my substitutions were appreciated in the house. 

No cilantro...? No problem, added basil. 
No avocado, that’s unfortunate but added arugula and romain for crunch. 
Didn’t feel like rice so I used vermicelli - bonus points on this one! 
Added fresh jalapeños - a must. 
Pickled the onions not just the cucumbers. That pickling formula was insanely good. 
Added some roasted black sesame seeds and furikake too. 

Felt like I was back in a restaurant - felt good. 🍲🥢

I’m obsessed with this recipe!! I used a mix of brown rice and quinoa. Also, I added some spices (paprika and Korean red pepper flakes etc) to the sauce. I loveee some heat! I also diced up a jalapeño to add to the dish. And since I was pickling the cucumbers ahead of time, I figured I’d also pickle the red onion. HIGHLY recommend. Added some nice zest to the dish. I had some extra green onion from another recipe, so I diced those up and added it. Delish. I will absolutely be making this again soon!

Soooo good! 

I added a few extra toppings such as, seaweed, green onions and jalapeños! So good! 

Wanted to add MANGO but kept forgetting to do that. Will definitely add mango next time. 

I also pan-fried the salmon after baking it so edges are crispy. 🤤😋

This was absolutely amazing. Will definitely make again!  I did give the carrots a little extra flavor with a bit of rice vinegar and olive oil and salt/pepper as well.

This was FABULOUS!   I LOVED the chili sauce mixture on the salmon.   Very tasty!   I used steamed broccoli to give more veggies.  The pickled cucumber/onion mixture was soooo good!  My husband said he could eat just that as an appetizer!  We will definitely make this again.  THANKS!

This was just so good!! Every ingredient just added another depth of flavor that just complimented each other so well. Will be making this over and over again!

I made this two weeks ago and I'm so excited to make it again tonight. Seriously great recipe.

Very tasty!  A big winner at our house.  We grilled the salmon on a cedar plank and it turned out perfect.

Fantastic recipe! Similar to the comments in previous reviews, I loved the pickling juice and next time I'm going to pickle the onions as well! 

The only concerning thing about this recipe is the supposed nutrition facts (over 1,000 calories a serving?!) but it looks like a lot of the extra calories ended up in the marinade and there was a lot of marinade left over after I took the salmon out. Has anyone determined a more accurate estimation of this dish's nutritional content?

Just made this. I replaced the rice with quinoa (that's what I had already prepared), it works nicely. I love the seasoning on the salmon and the pickles were really good too. My bowls didn't look as pretty as the picture, but then again they were empty quickly anyway.

So yummy! The pickles are the bomb, I may triple the pickle recipe next time 😋

Instead of 'chili and garlic's sauce, we accidentally bought 'sweet and spicy chili' sauce, and added 1 more clove of garlic to make up for it. It was a huge hit with the family and guests even though it was a first time venture for me.(not a lot of people used the pickles, so I think next time to make the process shorter I'll just slice cucumbers and keep 'em plain)
