Low Carb Spicy Tuna Salad with no roll, no rice, and still delicious. This is my version of a carby spicy tuna roll–minus the carbs and the rolling. This method gives you the taste you crave, without the work of rolling up the sushi. Plan to eat it within 24 hours of making it.

Spicy Tuna Salad | Low Carb Sushi Roll

sushi grade Tuna (diced)

cucumbers (diced)

Avocado (diced)

Red Onion. chopped (diced)

Mayonnaise

Lemon Juice

Sriracha Sauce

Kosher Salt

Nori

black sesame seeds (optional)

Sesame Seeds (optional)

Dice quality sushi-grade raw tuna and place into a large bowl.

Chop vegetables.

Mix Mayonnaise, sriracha, lemon juice, and salt.

Toss everything together and chill.

Serve immediately.
