In a large bowl, combine almond flour, oat flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Whisk together. Add sweetened condensed coconut milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Mix together. Transfer brownie dough to the baking dish. Firmly press it against the bottom of the pan.
