Sweet and tangy strawberries with the creamy flavor of cheesecake with added protein instead of fat and calories!

Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie

container (4 oz) Greek Yogurt

cottage cheese

strawberries, frozen, unsweetened

almond milk, unsweetened

honey

Combine all ingredients in a blender.  If it's too thick, add more milk to reach desired consistency. Top with fresh berries and graham crackers for extra pizzaz!

Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie Recipe

milk

vanilla yogurt

strawberries (frozen)

tbsp cream cheese (softened)

tbsp sugar

graham cracker crumbs

strawberries (for garnish, optional)

Place all ingredients minus the graham cracker crumbs in your blender.

Blend until smooth. Top with crumbs and fresh strawberry.

almond milk

vanilla or plain Greek yogurt or cottage cheese

Tablespoons cream cheese ((1

strawberries

banana (, frozen)

graham crackers

Add the ingredients (other than the optional garnishes) to your blender jar in the order listed.

Turn on the blender and blend until smooth.

If you would like a "crust" rim garnish, rub a tiny amount of honey around the rim of your glass, then roll in crushed graham crackers, almond meal, or finely chopped nuts.

Pour into a glass and drink immediately.

You can garnish with more crushed graham crackers, almond meal, or finely chopped nuts and whipped cream, if desired.
