Strawberry Pineapple Smoothie

ice cubes

pineapple chunks

strawberries

1. Remove stems from strawberries.2, Wash strawberries thoroughly.3. Place ice, pineapple and strawberries in a blender.4. Blend about 30 seconds at high speed.5. Pour into glasses and enjoy! Serves 2.

5 Minute Strawberry-Pineapple Breakfast Smoothie

pineapple

banana

peanut butter (I like salted!)

tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

spinach

vanilla protein powder

Place all ingredients in a blender (I use my Nutribullet) and blend until smooth. Sip away and pretend you're on the ocean!

Made this and loved it! The combo of peanut butter and coconut was great.
