Make this Hot Reuben Dip recipe by combining cream cheese, Thousand Island dressing and corned beef. Try this Hot Reuben Dip that is our take on a New York deli classic. You can make this Hot Reuben Dip in the oven or in the microwave.

Hot Reuben Dip

(1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

KRAFT Thousand Island Dressing

pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Big Slice Swiss Cheese Slices, chopped

lb. sliced deli corned beef, chopped (about 1 cup)

CLAUSSEN Sauerkraut

Mix cream cheese and dressing in medium bowl until blended.

Spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.

This homemade thousand island dressing is great on burgers, makes an awesome fry sauce, and is an essential component to my all-time favorite: Patty Melts. This creamy and tasty salad dressing is best served the next day.

Healthy Thousand Island Dressing

Fat-Free Greek Yogurt, Fage Brand

Hellman’s Mayonnaise, Light

Worcestershire Sauce

Skim Milk

Ketchup

tbsp Sweet Relish, No sugar added

tbsp Hot Sauce

Salt

Mix ingredients together in a bowl.

Let it sit in the fridge (covered) for...

Let it sit in the fridge (covered) for at least an hour, but preferably overnight.

A Wedge Salad is a crisp and refreshing. Iceberg lettuce wedges topped with homemade thousand island dressing, bacon, tomatoes and pepper jack cheese.

Wedge Salad with Homemade Thousand Island Dressing

sweet pickle relish

garlic (1-2 cloves)

apple cider vinegar

kosher salt (or more to taste)

black pepper (or more to taste)

hot sauce (like Tabasco, if desired)

iceberg lettuce

bacon

chives

Pepper jack cheese (shredded

tomatoes (diced)

black pepper

Whisk together ingredients in a medium sized bowl until well combined. Taste and add salt and pepper as desired. Store in a tightly covered container or jar in the refrigerator.

Dressing:

Remove the outer layers of the head of iceberg lettuce, and cut it in half, then those pieces in half again, creating wedges. Cut the end to remove the stem.

Place wedges onto 4 separate plates. Top with homemade 1000 island dressing, bacon crumbles, shredded pepper jack cheese and diced tomatoes. Garnish with fresh minced chives and fresh cracked black pepper.

Salad Assembly:

Sweet and tangy, this Thousand Island Dressing is deliciously versatile as a salad dressing, sandwich spread, dipping sauce, and much more!
