Enjoy your favorite veggies paired with a plant-based dip with this Vegan Ranch Dressing recipe! It&#039;s high in protein and made with tofu.

Vegan Ranch Dressing (With Tofu!)

14-oz package silken tofu (396 g)

Tbsp extra virgin olive oil (30 mL)

Tbsp apple cider vinegar (30 mL)

tsp each dried parsley, dried dill, dried chives, garlic powder, onion powder

salt

mustard powder

Blend: Add tofu, oil, and apple cider vinegar to a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.

Stir: Pour blended tofu into a medium mixing bowl then stir in all remaining ingredients.

Serve: Best if served chilled.

A whipped, rich and creamy, dairy-free dip made from silken tofu and herbs.

Silken Tofu Dip

silken tofu ((12.3 oz package))

garlic

black pepper

parsley

dill weed

yeast ((optional))

vinegar

plain plant-based milk ((soy milk or oat milk))

Add a container of silken tofu, 2 cloves of garlic, 3/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 2 tsp dried parsley, 1 tsp dried dill, 2 tbsp nutritional yeast, and 2 tbsp of vinegar to a blender.

Blend on high for 30 seconds, scrape the edges, and add a splash of plant-based milk or water to thin it out a little if needed.  Blend again until creamy.

Dh and I really enjoyed this dip. I added some oil. I'm going to make a salad dressing with the leftovers. Thank you! (Oct 2025)

This is so good! I bought a big beautiful artichoke this week and wanted something creamy and delicious to dip the leaves in. I was already thinking of silken tofu as I wanted the nutrition and I didn't ask the fat of a mayo based dressing. This  was perfect. I used lemon instead of vinegar as I was looking for some lemony flavor notes.. Was so flavorful, so creamy, so delicious and I felt good eating it as it's such good for you sauce too.
